For automated kraft bags, we have two printing techniques:

• If you want a quick solution and few pieces, we print your one-color logo on the ready bags in our stock using the screen printing technique. This technique, which only allows vector prints consisting of logos and text, requires a minimum order of 500.
• If you want a more professional result, we use the flexo printing technique, which allows up to eight colors. The printing is applied to the kraft paper rolls with a cliché, then formed into bags, and finally, handles are attached. The minimum order starts at 10,000.

For luxury cardboard bags and thick kraft bags:

• Offset printing allows up to eight colors and techniques such as foil stamping and embossing can also be applied. The bag is then finished with cellophane lamination to enhance durability and make the print more vivid. The minimum order is 1,000.

In automated kraft bags, the minimum order quantity for flexo prints is 10,000, and the cost per unit decreases as the quantity increases. Screen printing does not offer this advantage; there is no decrease in cost per unit as the quantity increases. The optimum quantity for screen printing is 1,000 units. For luxury cardboard bags, the minimum order quantity is 1,000, and the cost per unit decreases as the quantity increases. For thick kraft bags, there is no decrease in cost per unit when screen printing; if offset printing is used, the minimum order quantity is 1,000, and the cost per unit decreases as the quantity increases.

Production:

• For automated kraft bags, single-color screen printing takes ~7 days; your 10,000-unit flexo orders take 40-50 days.
• For luxury cardboard bags and thick kraft bags, screen printing takes ~7 days; offset takes 20 days.

During the kraft production process, in addition to wood cellulose and sulfate, waste scrap papers are also used, so achieving the same shade of brown in every production is impossible.

We make the printing with the Pantone codes you provide

We can customize all the paper products on our site (we can print your company’s logo). There are generally two processes:

• For single-color and vector printing, you press the “Order” button under the product, add the printed option of your chosen product to your cart, send us your logo by email, and we handle the rest.
• For multicolor vector or illustration printed works, you click the “Get a Quote” button under the chosen product, fill in the requested information on the screen that appears, and we will send you our price quote as soon as possible.

We usually ship your orders (not the ones that are customized) on the day of the order or the next day, but it is still advisable to specify this period as 3 business days to avoid any inconvenience.

We can give your order to couriers close to our address like Aras, Sürat, and MNG. To do this, when placing an order on our website, when you come to payment, choose bank transfer instead of credit card, and complete the order by entering the bank selection and other details. Do not forget to write the name of the courier company you want it sent to and your agreement number in the “Note” section. After seeing the message “Order successfully created,” simply deduct the shipping fee shown in the system from the total amount and make the bank transfer or EFT.

The shipping cost for the product you purchase is presented to you when you confirm your order and is added to the order amount with your approval. Do not make any payments to the shipping agent when your order reaches your address.

For purchases made from shop.mentesoglu.com, your shipping fee is calculated according to the dimensional weight list of our contracted courier, MNG Kargo, and is reflected in your order.
